New Pope Twitter follower numbers

The last time we took a look at the number of papal Twitter followers there was a total of about two million followers across all the languages offered, and now, after closing for a bit and reopening with Pope Francis, the number is 4 million. Let's compare the number of followers by language compared to last time to see which language is showing the most growth.

Two changes in the rankings from last time: French has moved up a bit compared to German, and Latin has displaced Arabic.
