CPLP (Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries) wants to see Portuguese as IPU (Inter-Parliamentary Union) working language
Friday, April 02, 2010
For the past two weeks or so there have been articles on the CPLP conference, but I haven't written on it since each article (like this one) has been far too general to be worth mentioning. This article from today though gives some specifics: the CPLP wants to see Portuguese added as a working language to the IPU, the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
According to their site, their current working languages are English, French and Spanish, although the site is mostly in English and French.
