Number of papal Twitter followers, by language

An article here gives us the numbers for the Pope's current Twitter followers by language. Easy enough to find out without such an article, but the idea never occurred to me to lurk the Pope's Twitter feed. So here they are:

Total: 700,000

English: 523,000
Spanish: 119,000
Italian: 62,000
Portuguese: 20,000
German: 14,000
French: 12,000
Polish: 6,000
Arabic: 5,000

The total number of followers is expected to reach a million by around Christmas.
