Number of institutions teaching Portuguese in China quadruples in five years

An article here in Portuguese has two interesting things in particular. One is this quote,

Apurou que num intervalo de cinco anos "passámos de seis ou sete universidades para 28 instituições onde 1350 estudantes aprendem português, essencialmente ao nível da licenciatura".

namely that the number of institutions teaching Portuguese in China has gone from "six or seven" to 28 in five years.

It also has a map near the bottom showing which cities Portuguese is taught in at the university level. None of the cities I've been in (Dandong and Qingdao) have them, but Dalian is quite close, and does. I suppose Jilin as well.
