Greenland vs. Africa on Mapfrappe

This is my new favourite site, one where one draws an outline on one world map in order to compare the size of a country or whatever else with another. The usual test to see whether the projection is accurate is comparing Greenland with Africa, and it works. Greenland starts out like this:



and then as we move south it becomes progressively smaller, until we reach the equator and it shows its true size.



The reverse is also fun to do too, like outlining Colombia and bringing it north to watch it grow.
