Sierra Leone!

The news is a bit surprising though as pro-metric advocates (of which I am one) often cite the US, Liberia and Myanmar as being the only countries to not officially use the metric system so I had assumed that Sierra Leone had officially adopted it. Sierra Leone has a population slightly over 6 million and is right here:
