Julian Treasure recommends listening to birds singing at least 5 minutes a day

Regarding sound and productivity, if I had to recommend one album for those who want to increase their own productivity it would be FSOL's Lifeforms. Oh, and ISDN. YouTube has three videos from Lifeforms here, here and here.
