Persian / Farsi Wikipedia reaches 50,000 articles

Be Wikipedia khosh âmadid! Right now at the list of Wikipedias you can see that the Persian Wikipedia (ویکی‌پدیا، دانشنامهٔ آزاد) is now just a bit over 50,000 (50,024) and has a good number of edits for this number of articles as well, for a total of over 1.6 million edits; not an immensely huge number of edits for number of articles (Hebrew is probably the most lopsided on this, with an incredible 6+ million edits for only some 83,000 articles, placing it in 13th place for number of edits), but a respectable number nonetheless.
