I'd parse its name...Hi, The site looks interesting. I'd parse its name as TRKhaber, though. Haber might mean news in Turkish, but in Persian (and I believe in Arabic) the word used is khaber. My Turkish is nonexistent and my Persian rusty, but it also seems to me that the Persian-language pages are a bit more extensive. Or at least organized into two or three more categories.
