The other day when accessing Naver Maps to take a look at a part of Seoul I was told that they had increased the detail of their satellite maps, effectively adding a new level to those previously available. That means that instead of this from Google Maps:
you get this amount of detail (zoomed in on the area in red):
Also don't forget that in addition to this Naver has a panorama view (the view from a helicopter) and Daum has road view, same as street view on Google. For the first one click on 파노라마 just up and to the right of the map, and for the latter click on 로드뷰 on the top right of the map and place the robot-looking thing where you want to see the street.
