Syrian President: "No work in hotels in Aleppo (Syria's largest city) unless you speak Turkish"

One quick number from an article in Turkish here: apparently since the removal of visa restrictions for travel between Turkey and Syria the number of people visiting Syria from Turkey has increased by 80% (based on numbers from the first three months of the year), and according to the president just about everyone working in hotels in Aleppo (the largest city) speaks Turkish, as it has become more or less a necessity to get a job in tourism there.
