Just in case you're not sure what a facepalm is, it's a term coined thanks to Captain Jean-Luc Picard whenever he would famously cover his face with his palm due to frustration. Here's one, the video gives another.



So what type of propaganda is so obvious as to provoke such a reaction? This one. The Iranian government has decided to try another tactic, creating a video claiming that Neda first took a bottle hid in her left hand, lay down and spread blood over her face, after which she was taken away by the men around her where she was then shot in the back by them.
