Portuguese still second most used language on Twitter

Remember this post from a few months ago? That one showed Portuguese to be the second most often used language on Twitter after English, and another look at the numbers by a separate source has shown the same thing as well. The numbers seem to be similar to last time with English at 61% (65% last time) and Portuguese at 11% (9% last time), Japanese and Spanish are also about the same.
