It's mid-January and the sun has returned to the north in Norway

Nrk.no has a series of 47 pictures this week, focused on the sun in the north as it's now mid-January and the sun has officially returned to all parts of the country. Well, except Svalbard waaay up north where the sun still can't be seen. The sun will return there starting February 15, after which the day will lengthen by an incredible 20 or so minutes per day, and after April 19 comes around it won't set again until August 25.
