--I like it very much.
--It is very nice.
--I am not used to the cold/the weather/the traffic yet.
Cum îţi place aici?
--Îmi place foarte mult.
--Este foarte plăcut.
--Nu m-am obişnuit încă cu frigul/vremea/traficul.

How long have you been in the U.S.?
--I have been here six months.
--I left Romania in May.
De cît timp eşti în S.U.?
--Sînt aici de şase luni. (Mă aflu aice de şase luni.)
--Am părăsit România în mai. (Am plecat din România în mai.)

How old are you/is he?
--He is 36 years old.
--I am almost 21.
--I was 18 last week.
Cîti ani ai/are el?
--El are 36 de ani.

--Yes, I am.

(Talking about a sick friend:)

--He is all right now.
