Found this here in Turkish from Zaman. I haven't been able to find an image of the booklet in Turkish but it probably looks similar to the one on the right.
In order to increase the participation of Turks in the general elections in Germany on the 27th of September, an informative booklet in Turkish has been prepared called Seçim Senin (The choice/election is yours or Du hast die Wahl). The booklet was prepared by the Federal Political Education Centre, and contains information on the election.
Thomas Krüger, the administrator of the centre, said that there are 3 million Turks living in Germany, that over 600,000 of these had voting rights in Germany, and that the publishing of the booklet in Turkish was very important for political participation as it explains the complex German electoral system and gathers information in one place. 60,000 of the booklets were made in its first printing, but Krüger said that they had already been put into use and that they were printing 10,000 more. In the booklet a number of Turkish Germans such as the football player Mesut Özil urge people to vote.
