Nelly Furtado's new album (Mi Plan) looks like it will be a hit

Nelly Furtado's new album is the first one to be released entirely in Spanish, and not that fake Spanish you see where an English song is just translated; the new album is in that language alone. So far the first single (Manos al Aire) has been a bit hit and has just made it to #1. I'm admittedly not much of a fan of her type of music (radio-friendly songs of about 4 minutes in length almost never appeal to me, especially as a drummer since the percussion on these songs is almost always dreary and monotonous), but from a linguistic point of view it's interesting, since this shows quite a bit of confidence in not feeling the need to write even a single song in English.
