6 August 2009 (15 Mordad 1388): still lots of protests in Tehran and throughout Iran

This video below shows some of the protests yesterday in both Tehran and the city of Kermanshah, a city off to the west with a population a bit over 800,000.



The text to the right references some of yesterday's conflicts with the Basij and plainclothes security agents, who attacked people and broke the glass of cars - it says that over 16 people were attacked with batons yesterday in Enghelab Square, and the windows of the cars were broken while they were honking in protest and traffic had been stopped, but the honking continued nevertheless.
