Listen to the mp3 here.

  • 10:14 Безумният също така умножава думи;
    но пак човек не знае какво ще бъде;
    и кой може да му каже какво ще бъде след него?
Безумният (the fool) също (also) така (that way) умножава (multiply) думи (words);
но (but) пак (still) човек (man) не (not) знае (knows) какво (what) ще (will) бъде (be);
и (and) кой (who) може (can) да (to) му (to him) каже (say) какво (what) ще (will) бъде (be) след (after) него (him)?

  • 10:15 Трудът на безумните ги уморява,
    понеже нито един от тях не знае пътя за града.
Трудът (the labour) на (of) безумните (the fools) ги (them) уморява (tire),
понеже (because) нито (none) един (one) от (of) тях (them) не (not) знае (know) пътя (the road) за (for) града (the city).

  • 10:16 Горко ти, земьо, когато царят ти е дете
    и началниците ти ядат рано!
Горко (woe) ти (you), земьо (land), когато (when) царят ти (your king) е (is) дете (a child)
и (and) началниците ти (your superiors) ядат (they eat) рано (early)!

  • 10:17 Блазе ти, земьо, когато царят ти е син на благородни
    и началниците ти ядат навреме - за подкрепа, а не за опиване!
Блазе ти (how happy you are), земьо (land), когато (when) царят ти (your king) е (is) син (son) на (of) благородни (nobles)
и (and) началниците ти (your superiors) ядат (they eat) навреме (on time) - за (for) подкрепа (strength/support), а (but) не (not) за (for) опиване (exultation)!

I think the right word here should be exultation (опиване, опиянение).

You're welcome. I'll check all your posts tagged as Ecclesiastes Bulgarian. I suppose you need mainly corrections concerning nuances of word meanings. I also saw you used inversion in some sentences; is it on purpose in order to achieve a certain effect?

Yes, that's right. It's easy enough to find an English translation for Ecclesiastes but I wanted to keep the original feel of the Bulgarian words so I made it intentionally awkward in places, like writing 'for to' for за да, and 'them' 'it tires' (need to add 'it' to that second one) for ги уморява instead of 'it tires them'.

Actually I recently finished it in a single document, that you can see here:

There are still hundreds of mistakes there (even English typos) that I'm currently going over.
